Cancellations and refunds are not permitted as per our policy since products are manufactured as per order.
We secure all orders with a 30% upfront deposit, post receipt of which only is the order confirmed. All costs are ex-factory and the logistics costs, taxes are extra as per shipping destination. These shall be communicated before dispatch and we request all payments to be cleared to enable us to ship the products. No products shall be shipped from factory without receipt of full amount.
In addition, for customized products (prints / embroideries / robes / custom dimension products), the balance amount shall be paid before the customization process is undertaken. This enables us to ensure a smooth manufacturing process and meet timeline commitments for all customers.
