Delivery schedule:

  • Typical delivery schedule is 90-120 days from receipt of order and advance
  • For products where stock (or base material for embroidery / print) is already available, there the production timelines can be expedited and minimum quantities can be lower

Colour and shades:

  • For exact shade as per your preference, please share Pantone TCX shades
  • Lab dips (2 close matches) will be shared for approval before final dye run

Payment terms:

  • Ex-factory prices; All taxes /GST extra
  • For standard products – 30% deposit; balance before dispatch
  • For print / embroidery products / robes – 30% deposit; balance before customization process (print / embroidery)
  • Bulk packaging; special packaging extra
  • Sampling cost extra. Adjustable against final order

Payment process:

  • Bank / SWIFT transfers for all payments are preferred
